Dear JMSA members,

A historic hurricane pounded the northeast coast with unprecedented force yesterday, leaving a path of destruction to homes, businesses and infrastructure in our tristate area.  I hope that you and your families are safe and secure.  However, if you have been affected and if there is anything that JMSA can do for you, please do not hesitate to contact us via email.  We have a wide network of medical and Japanese community contacts who may be able to assist you.

2012 JMSA Summer Party

Please join us at the annual JMSA Summer Party! (Click here to see the fun we had at last year's party.)--
 

Date: Sunday, August 5th
Time: 3:00 - 6:00 PM
Location: Guzan (1534 3rd Ave, between 86th & 87th Street)
 
 
 
Dinner and cash bar. There will also be an entertainer for kids with a magic show, face painting, games and dancing!  Feel free to invite any friends or family who are interested in the JMSA.

JMSA JAPAN DAY AT THE METS

Would you like to join the JMSA for a special Mets game on Friday, June 15th? JMSA has it's own cheering section. We have 30 seats reserved in the Pepsi Porch section 304.

JMSA Japan Day at the Mets

Tickets are $30 each and are of limited quantity, available on a first come, first served bases.  Once they are gone, they are gone!  Last year this event sold out, so get yours quick.

Friday June 15th, 2012 6:30 pm pregame show with Japanese Folk Dancing and Japanese Award Ceremony

7:10pm Mets vs. Cincinnati Reds Citifield

Your physical ticket which has the Mets logo and barcode on it will be sent to you later by paper mail and email to the address that you list under shipping info. 

Promoting good: A portion of each ticket sold benefits the Tomodachi Fund of the US-Japan Council to support Japan's recovery from the earthquake.
