The 17th Annual Association of Chinese American Physicians (ACAP) Convention will take place at the Sheraton East LaGuardia Hotel on Sunday, May 6th, 2012. The convention is cosponsored by 6 other medical associations, including the JMSA, the Myanmar American Medical Education Society, the Philippine Chinese American Medical Association, the Asian & Pacific Islander Coalition on HIV/AIDS, the New York State Osteopathic Medical Society, and the Korean American Medical Association.

The ACAP Convention will offer lectures on topics relevant to Asian/Pacific Islander patient populations, including a talk by the JMSA’s Dr. Luis Fujimoto. The day will also include presentations and poster sessions by fellows and residents, and an evening gala.
