Lecture Preview: The National Diet of Japan Fukushima Nuclear Accident Independent Investigation Commission (NAIIC) was established to investigate the causes of the Fukushima nuclear disaster on behalf of the Japanese people and to make proposals on how to prevent nuclear accidents in the future. NAIIC Chairman Dr. Kiyoshi Kurokawa discusses findings from the Commission's six-month investigation, including proposals on how to avoid future nuclear catastrophes.
