On behalf of JMSA, I gave a talk about how best to communicate with physicians in the United States at the Japanese American Association of New York’s Autumn Health Fair om Sunday, September 16th. The topics included postgraduate medical training in the US, difference between generalist and specialist, insurance system in the US, and how to deal with urgency/emergency, and how to prepare for outpatient clinic visits. Thankfully we had large and enthusiastic audience. I truly appreciate this precious opportunity.
