We are excited to announce the JMSA 51st Annual Dinner on Saturday September
16th at The Yale Club in NYC.

If you are interested to be an Annual Dinner Benefactor, please download the registration form below. Payment may be made with a check or online. We greatly appreciate your support of JMSA and our 51st Annual Dinner.

All members and guests MUST register online or register by mail with the
registration form to be admitted to the event.

• Diamond:  $10,000. and over (table of 10)
• Platinum: $8,000. and over (table of 10)
• Gold: $6,000 and over (table of 10)
• Silver: $4,000. and over (table of 10)
• Bronze $2,000 and over (1/2 table of 5)

Benefits as an Annual Dinner Benefactor includes recognition in the Annual Dinner Program, announcement at the Annual Dinner and a table of 5 to 10 guests.
