Dr. Yuichi Shimada (Associate Professor at Columbia University) and Dr. Robert Yanagisawa (Professor of Medicine at Mt. Sinai) will host a panel discussion and Q&A on residency applications, interviews, and things to consider as an International Medical Graduate.
9:30 PM (EST)/10:30 AM (JST): Case Based Learning Activity with Medical Students (English) (30 min.)
The student representatives will host a case based learning activity on medical ethics. The session would be held in English and we hope that it would help Japanese students get more practice in communicating to patients in English and learn some of the ethical principles that we practice in the US.
